a) Job board/listings
We are constantly working with employers and our partners in the foreign countries to which we send Kenyan workers to learn about job opportunities as soon as they become available. We then advertise the vacancies and their details in various places, including on our website, on our social media platforms and on the notice board at our offices.
As a jobseeker, we encourage you to keep checking these channels to learn about opportunities as soon as they become available, and to apply for those you are interested in and qualified for.
B) Training
We are committed to helping jobseekers excel not only at the interview but also at the job. It is for this reason that we provide job-specific training for most positions. In addition, as a jobseeker we offer you interview and career development coaching. Where specialised training is needed but we cannot provide it, we provide access to third party training opportunities
c) Travel documentation and arrangements
As a jobseeker wishing to live and work abroad, we will advise on and facilitate the acquisition of all the documents you need to migrate and work overseas, including:
- Visa: In addition to your passport, you generally need a visa to visit a foreign country for whatever purpose – work, tourism, business, study, etc.
- National ID card
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Destination country driving licence
- Certificate of good conduct
- Marriage certificate – You may need this for the purpose of bringing your spouse along.

1 Recruitment

Employers can use the information gleaned from the psychometric tests to discover the hidden attributes of candidates that are difficult to unearth from face-to-face interviews.
